Jo Poon Credentialled Diabetes Educator; Accredited Pharmacist Jo graduated from Monash University in 2004 as a pharmacist and completed her diabetes educator credentialing in 2013. She has special interests in diabetes and asthma management, mindfulness, chronic illness and mental health and is currently completing her honours degree in psychology. She has worked in various settings including community pharmacy, aged care facilities and general practice. Jo also conducts home medication reviews. Jo is originally from Vietnam but migrated to Australia in 1989 where she has grown up and studied. Jo speaks Vietnamese as a second language. She enjoys reading, listening to music, being in nature, hiking and keeping fit.
