I am an Advanced Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with more than 20 years experience providing individualised nutrition and diabetes education.

I work with individuals with type 1 diabetes, women with gestational diabetes, women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and those following or wanting to adopt a plant-based diet to help with managing diabetes or PCOS.
