I am a Registered Nurse and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with 20 years of tertiary level Diabetes experience. I was a member of the team that successfully established the Queensland Diabetes Centre at the Mater in 1997, the first service in Queensland to provide multidisciplinary, specialised care for people of all ages with diabetes. I am a certified insulin pump trainer and have a professional relationship with a team of adult and paediatric endocrinologists for insulin pump initiation & follow-up.
